Bonificația de 3% pentru firme va fi acordată automat, anunță Ministerul Finanțelor

The Ministry of Finance has approved a 3% tax incentive for profit tax and micro-enterprise income tax for the fiscal year 2025, to be granted automatically to eligible taxpayers. The procedure, based on Emergency Ordinance no. 8/2026, allows tax authorities to verify eligibility without additional applications. Taxpayers must meet specific conditions, including timely tax payments and no outstanding debts. The incentive can offset tax obligations or be refunded if not compensable. Previous years saw significant benefits from this measure, with millions granted to legal entities and individuals.
