Bomba lui Ponta! Litigiile din programul SAFE se vor judeca la Paris potrivit legii care a fost votată de Parlament
Victor Ponta criticized the SAFE program, highlighting a clause that mandates legal disputes be settled in Paris rather than Bucharest. He pointed out that this clause is linked to Mihai Jurca, the dismissed head of the Prime Minister's Chancellery. Ponta raised concerns in Parliament during the SAFE law vote, emphasizing the implications of Romania's contracts with Rheinmetall, which has a controversial history. Rheinmetall is set to receive a significant portion of the funds allocated under SAFE, despite past corruption issues in Greece.
