Bogos claims Isărescu was aware of his problems and requested him to discuss the situation with Alexandru Bociu, head of ANSVSA. He alleges that a recording exists where Bociu mentions a contact with Isărescu about Vanbet. Bogos also describes his relationship with Isărescu, recalling a performance at the governor's birthday. Meanwhile, DSVSA suspended Vanbet's operations due to unauthorized expansions, leading to legal challenges for the company. Ilie Bolojan was also questioned by DNA regarding a bribery case linked to Bogos.
