Bolojan, un nou mesaj sfidător după scumpirile record: „Știu că, pentru români, rezultatele nu se simt încă suficient”
Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan announced a decrease in the annual inflation rate to 6.2% in August, down from 8.2% in July. He noted that the initial effects of economic recovery measures are becoming evident, although external pressures on fuel prices have hindered a more significant decline. Bolojan reported a 37% reduction in the budget deficit compared to the previous year and an increase in public investments. He acknowledged that many Romanians do not yet feel the benefits of improved economic indicators. Bolojan criticized the previous high-deficit model and emphasized the need for sustainable economic reforms to ensure continued growth and stability. He warned that abandoning the current direction could reverse progress made so far.
