He emphasized the need to prioritize ongoing projects funded by PNRR to avoid delays. Bolojan explained that bureaucratic processes and the necessity for various approvals contribute to project timelines. He acknowledged that the initial over-allocation of funds led to difficulties in managing projects, resulting in delays for the Arad-Oradea expressway. Future projects will be better managed to ensure funding is secured before work begins.
