Bolojan:PNRR-end, in healthcare we started with 2 billion euro budget, ended with just over 1 billion euro

Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan inaugurated a new Cardiovascular Surgery Centre in Targu Mures, marking the end of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan in health. He noted the initial health budget was over two billion euros but was reduced to just over one billion. Bolojan emphasized the need for lessons learned from the PNRR, highlighting delays and the importance of simplifying procurement processes. He acknowledged the efforts made to unblock funding and complete projects, expressing respect for Targu Mures' medical community and its significance in Romanian healthcare.
