Bolojan, mesaj pentru români după scăderea inflației: "Rezultatele încep să apară, dar drumul nu s-a încheiat"

Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan highlighted the positive economic indicators, including a decrease in inflation and budget deficit, while emphasizing the need for continued reforms. He noted that inflation dropped to 6.2% in August, down from 8.2% in July, and attributed some inflationary pressures to global fuel prices. Bolojan warned that Romania could face severe consequences if unsustainable borrowing practices continued, as current interest payments consume a significant portion of the budget. He acknowledged that while improvements are visible, many Romanians may not yet feel the benefits in their daily lives. The government aims to sustain financial health and maximize Romania's potential.
