Bolojan: Investițiile PNRR care nu sunt gata până la sfârșitul lunii august vor fi plătite de autoritățile locale

Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan announced that investments funded by PNRR not completed by the end of August will need local authority funding. He highlighted that over 4,500 out of 15,000 projects remain to be received. More than 2,000 investments were completed in August, qualifying for non-reimbursable funding. Local authorities will receive government support for payment requests in September. However, projects unfinished after August will require local budget contributions, and those not completed by year-end will need reimbursement of funds received. Bolojan expressed hope that few authorities would face this situation.
