He pointed out inefficiencies in the healthcare system, particularly between large and small hospitals, and announced additional positions for high-occupancy units. Rogobete countered that the main issue is hospital funding, not salaries, and criticized Bolojan's statements about salary expenditures. The SANITAS federation initiated an indefinite general strike, demanding fair salary legislation and better working conditions.
