Bolojan face concesionarea de perimetre în Marea Neagră
The Romanian government, led by Prime Minister Bolojan, is preparing to concession offshore wind farm areas in the Black Sea after a delay of over a year. This process requires relocating military zones, including a shooting range. The Ministry of Energy has completed a study identifying potential concession areas, with plans to auction three initial sites capable of generating 3,100 MW. The development of these projects is contingent on advancements in deep-water foundation technologies and may not commence until after 2035. The Black Sea has significant wind resources, with a potential of 76 GW, which could significantly contribute to Romania's energy needs.
