Bolojan, după ce proiectul privind biodiversitatea a fost înregistrat la Senat: PSD se joacă, în total, cu 1,1 miliarde de euro

Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan announced the withdrawal of the Government Decision on the National Biodiversity Conservation Strategy 2026-2030, following a legal challenge by PSD. He criticized PSD for jeopardizing 1.1 billion euros in funding by contesting several government decisions. Bolojan emphasized the importance of adopting the strategy to avoid penalties and ensure Romania's credibility with external partners. The strategy will now be promoted as a legislative proposal submitted to the Senate. Environment Minister Diana Buzoianu highlighted the risks of legal challenges delaying the implementation of the strategy. PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu responded, claiming the government acknowledged its legal obligations.
