Bolojan: Cheltuielile de personal în spitalele din România reprezintă 65% în medie, dar sunt şi spitale în care aceste cheltuieli ajung la 90% din tota. Am cerut o analiză

Interim Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan has requested an analysis of hospitals with high personnel costs and low bed occupancy rates. He emphasized that hospitals exceeding the national average in personnel expenses would be penalized when seeking new hires. Currently, 193,000 employees work in Romania's public health sector, with a request for 26,000 new positions. Bolojan noted that personnel costs have quadrupled over the past decade, and many hospitals are financially strained. He called for a reorganization of hospital activities and a review of the annual number of medical graduates compared to system needs.
