Bolojan avertizează în Senat: Amendamentele privind decarbonizarea pot bloca miliarde de euro din PNRR

Former Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan urged the Senate to reject amendments to decarbonization legislation, warning they could jeopardize Romania's access to EU funds. He emphasized that changing agreed milestones with the European Commission might block funding from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). Bolojan's comments followed a request from PSD leader Sorin Grindeanu for negotiations in Brussels regarding the closure of coal power plants. The interim Minister of Investments, Dragoș Pîslaru, supported Bolojan, highlighting the serious consequences of the amendments on future payment requests and the risk of 'reversibility' of already fulfilled reforms.
