Bolojan anunță noua regulă pentru construcțiile din București: Totul se mută la Primăria Generală

Starting January 1, 2028, the General City Hall of Bucharest will take over most construction permit issuance from sector municipalities, as announced by Ilie Bolojan. This decision follows negotiations among political parties aimed at resolving disputes over urban planning regulations. A transition period of approximately one and a half years will allow the General City Hall to prepare for the increased workload. The agreement reached at Cotroceni Palace is expected to unblock the urban planning code, which has been stalled due to disagreements over permit authority. The financial implications of this project are significant, with nearly one billion euros at stake, making its adoption crucial for accessing European funds.
