Bogdan Peșchir, trimis în judecată de Parchetul General

Bogdan Peșchir has been indicted for voter bribery, involving 874 acts, during the 2024 presidential elections. He allegedly distributed gifts worth over $290,000 to influence voters. The prosecution claims he used TikTok to send gifts and cryptocurrency to potential voters and influencers to promote a specific candidate. Influencers were compensated to encourage voting for the candidate, creating an environment where users believed they would receive gifts for their votes. The case is now with the Brașov Court for further proceedings.
