TAROM has introduced its first new aircraft in 20 years, a Boeing 737 MAX 8 named after Mircea Lucescu. This modern plane will operate domestic flights and features improved passenger capacity and fuel efficiency. The addition marks a significant step in the airline's fleet renewal process, which has faced challenges in recent years. The aircraft, capable of flying up to 6400 km, will serve popular routes including Amsterdam and Madrid. TAROM plans to receive additional Boeing 737 MAX planes in the coming months, further modernizing its fleet.
