BNS cere anchetă parlamentară în energie
The National Trade Union Bloc (BNS) urges the Parliament to urgently establish an inquiry committee regarding the electricity and natural gas sectors due to rising prices and supply security risks. BNS emphasizes the need for a comprehensive analysis of market operations and regulatory policies, highlighting issues such as delayed authorizations for new energy production capacities and the low filling levels of gas storage. They also point out that suppliers are owed over one billion euros by the state, which could indirectly affect consumer bills. BNS calls for a parliamentary committee to assess energy production capacity, pricing mechanisms, and consumer protection, stressing that energy issues cannot be addressed piecemeal anymore.
