BNR's foreign exchange reserves down 4.8bn euro to 60.06bn euro on 30 September 2026

As of September 30, 2026, Romania's foreign exchange reserves decreased to 60.060 billion euro, reflecting significant outflows exceeding inflows. The total international reserves, including gold, were reported at 72.340 billion euro. Payments on foreign currency public debt are expected to reach around 350 million euro in October 2026.
