BNR governor at volume launch:Lucian Tudose's photos are a valuable visual archive of Romania's recent history

Lucian Tudose's photographic work, spanning over three decades, captures significant moments in Romania's history, as highlighted during the launch of his book "Photographs Speak - The Story of My Life" at the National Bank of Romania. BNR governor Mugur Isarescu praised Tudose's ability to document historical events with a unique perspective. The book reflects Tudose's dedication to documentary photography, showcasing his experiences at the central bank and beyond. AGERPRES Director General Claudia Nicolae emphasized the importance of preserving photographic archives, announcing a contract for digitizing AGERPRES's photo collection. The event also featured an exhibition of Tudose's work from 2009 to 2018.
