They have increased staff to expedite account validations after numerous complaints. Currently, around 25,000 validation requests are pending, with an average of 10,000 new requests daily. The government assures that the situation will improve within a week due to the addition of 19 temporary staff members to the existing 40. The validation process includes strict checks to prevent fraud and identity theft. Users are advised to update to the latest platform version, and alternative enrollment solutions are being implemented. The portal is operational, with full functionalities to be gradually restored.
