Construction of the Blaj bypass is progressing, with 70% completion. The new section of DN 14B will open by the end of October, allowing traffic to shift from the temporary route. This section includes about 620 meters of reconfigured road, raised significantly from its original level. Utility relocation is ongoing and expected to finish by the end of November.
