Bittnet Systems has listed a new bond issue worth €7.7 million on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, marking its tenth bond issuance. The bonds have a nominal value of €100 each, a fixed interest rate of 10.6% per year, and a maturity date of July 31, 2031. The funds will be used for existing contracts, future projects, and debt repayments. Bittnet has raised over 100 million lei through bond offerings in the past decade, significantly contributing to its growth and market presence. The company aims to introduce a bond exchange offer by the end of the year.
