Bittnet Systems has launched a new bond issue worth €7.7 million at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, with a fixed interest rate of 10.6% per year. The funds will be used for project financing, debt repayment, and share buybacks. This marks the company's tenth bond issuance, with a total of over 100 million lei raised through bonds in the last decade. Bittnet is also planning a bond exchange offer, a first for the Romanian capital market, allowing investors to convert existing lei-denominated bonds into new euro-denominated ones. Currently, four Bittnet bond issues are trading on the exchange, reflecting the company's growth and strategic focus on AI solutions.
