Biserica Ortodoxă Română aniversează 19 ani de la întronizarea Patriarhului Daniel

The Romanian Orthodox Church will celebrate the 19th anniversary of Patriarch Daniel's enthronement on Wednesday. A Divine Liturgy will be held at 9:00 AM, followed by a Te Deum at 11:00 AM. A festive moment will take place at noon with the participation of church hierarchs and council members. Patriarch Daniel was enthroned on September 30, 2007, with notable dignitaries in attendance, including former presidents and representatives from various Christian denominations. Born on July 22, 1951, he has had a distinguished ecclesiastical career, including serving as Archbishop of Iași and Metropolitan of Moldavia and Bukovina.
