Biserica Ortodoxă Română aniversează 19 ani de la întronizarea Patriarhului Daniel

The Romanian Orthodox Church will celebrate 19 years since the enthronement of Patriarch Daniel on September 30. A Divine Liturgy will be held at 9:00 AM, followed by a Te Deum at 11:00 AM, and a festive moment at noon with participation from church hierarchs and council members. Patriarch Daniel was enthroned on September 30, 2007, with notable attendees including Romanian dignitaries and representatives from various Christian denominations. He was born on July 22, 1951, and has held various ecclesiastical positions since entering monastic life in 1987.
