The Bucharest International Air Show (BIAS) 2026 starts with public training sessions on Friday, followed by 11 hours of aerial performances on Saturday. An emergency simulation exercise will also take place before the event. BIAS has become a significant event in Central and Eastern Europe, showcasing international aerobatic teams. This year's edition honors Romanian aviation pioneer Traian Vuia, featuring a replica of his aircraft. The event runs from August 28-29 at Băneasa Airport, with free public access.
