Beton vândut la negru în Suceava: Inspectorii ANAF au descoperit o fraudă de proporții

The ANAF's Fiscal Anti-Fraud Directorate uncovered a concrete production company in Suceava that sold significant amounts of concrete without declaring the income. From January 2024 to May 2026, the firm allegedly sold 36,350 cubic meters of concrete, resulting in undeclared revenues exceeding 15.33 million lei. The estimated damage to the state budget is 6.44 million lei. Inspectors found discrepancies between production data and accounting documents, indicating unregistered sales. During the investigation, 6,000 lei in cash without justification was discovered, linked to undeclared sales. ANAF plans to initiate legal proceedings to recover the damages and will continue its efforts against tax evasion.
