The Best Electric City Car competition in Romania showcases urban electric vehicles, organized by FloteAuto and the Ministry of Environment. Running from September 3 to 8 in Bucharest, it features new models like VW ID.Polo and BYD Dolphin Surf. Initial testing occurs for select leasing clients, followed by public display at București Mall. On September 7 and 8, vehicles will be evaluated by journalists and influencers on a 30 km route. Winners will be announced at a press conference, with a public vote for the Popularity Award. The event highlights the growing need for smaller cars in urban traffic due to congestion and fuel costs.
