BERD, pre-acord de finanțare pentru împrumutul de 25 de milioane de euro destinat investițiilor Companiei Apa Brașov • Administrație Biz Brasov

Apa Brașov is advancing towards securing a €25 million loan from the EBRD to support its investment program. Following the approval of the loan by the Brașov County Council, a pre-agreement for financing will be discussed. This document outlines the general terms of the loan and initiates the funding preparation phase. The loan is primarily linked to a European project for modernizing water and sewage infrastructure, with a total budget exceeding 1 billion lei. The project aims to upgrade over 500 kilometers of networks across 12 localities, including Brașov and Săcele. The implementation period is set for seven years, and the loan will be repaid over 15 years with a four-year grace period.
