BERD acordă un împrumut verde de 250 de milioane de euro NEPI Rockcastle. Investițiile vor viza inclusiv România

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is providing a €250 million green loan to NE Property BV for sustainable real estate investments in Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe. The funds will primarily support projects in Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, and Hungary, focusing on green commercial properties. This eight-year unsecured loan aims to enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions, aligning with NEPI Rockcastle's decarbonization goals. Additionally, the project includes a multi-year training program for over 300 employees, emphasizing skills in AI, digitalization, and environmental management.
