BERD acordă un împrumut verde de 250 de milioane de euro către NEPI Rockcastle

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has provided a €250 million green loan to NE Property BV for sustainable real estate investments in Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe. NEPI Rockcastle, a major commercial real estate company, will use the funds for new projects and upgrades, primarily in Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, and Hungary. The investment aligns with NEPI's Green Financing Framework and aims to support the transition to energy-efficient buildings. Additionally, a multi-year training program will enhance the skills of over 300 employees in digital competencies and environmental management.
