BERD a ieșit din acționariatul Digi Communications

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has exited its stake in Digi Communications by selling its remaining shares through a placement on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. This sale, completed on September 3, 2026, marks the end of EBRD's involvement after partial sales in previous years. EBRD initially acquired a 3.25% stake in Digi during its IPO in 2017, contributing to the liquidity and market capitalization of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Digi has strengthened its position in Romania and expanded internationally, recently completing a successful IPO for its Spanish subsidiary.
