Benzinăriile Gazprom din România, preluate de doi oameni de afaceri români. Fostul șef eMAG, printre cumpărători
The Gazprom gas station network in Romania is now indirectly controlled by Romanian investors through Argenta SRL, owned by Adrian Crețoiu and Iulian Stanciu. The acquisition, approved by the Competition Council, involves 19 fuel stations previously held by NIS Petrol, linked to the Serbian oil group NIS. Stanciu, known for his role in eMAG, holds 40% of Argenta, while Crețoiu owns 60%. They acquired Argenta from the GSP group last year and also control Foraj Sonde Videle, which recently took over Raffles Energy, a UK holding company with Romanian energy interests.
