Benzinăriile Gazprom din România cumpărate de Stanciu şi Creţoiu

NIS Petrol, owner of 19 Gazprom gas stations in Romania, has been acquired by Argenta SRL, a construction firm owned by Adrian Crețoiu and Iulian Stanciu. The acquisition was approved by the Competition Council. Argenta was previously acquired from GSP group. Earlier this year, MOL and Gazprom agreed on terms for MOL to purchase Gazprom's stake in NIS in Serbia, which is under US sanctions. NIS Petrol operates 19 gas stations mainly in Transylvania and reported significant losses in 2025. Gazprom had previously acquired a majority stake in NIS in 2009 for $400 million, gaining ownership of two refineries in Serbia.
