Benzinăriile Gazprom din România au fost vândute

Serbian company NIS, majority-owned by Gazprom Neft, has agreed to sell its Romanian subsidiary NIS Petrol, which operates 19 gas stations and holds six oil exploration agreements in western Romania. The company is undergoing preventive concordat to avoid insolvency due to financial difficulties exacerbated by sanctions. If MOL becomes the new owner, it will consolidate its regional network of over 390 gas stations across Serbia, Romania, and Bosnia, enhancing its retail presence in Romania. MOL is also in advanced talks with ADNOC for a minority stake, aiming to maintain majority control.
