The price of standard gasoline has surpassed 10 lei per liter at OMV stations due to a recent increase. This marks a significant rise in fuel costs for Romanian drivers, with the average price now at 10.05 lei per liter. Other major fuel chains are still at 9.99 lei, but similar increases are expected soon. Premium fuels and diesel are priced higher, with standard diesel at 10.97 lei and premium diesel reaching 11.78 lei. These price hikes are putting pressure on both transport budgets and consumer expenses, potentially affecting distribution costs and retail prices in the upcoming quarter.
