Beko Romania has merged with European Appliances Romania, formerly Whirlpool Romania, under the Turkish group Arçelik, effective July 1, 2026. In 2025, Beko Romania reported a revenue increase to 4.09 billion lei and a net profit of 2.3 million lei, recovering from previous losses. The merger aims to consolidate operations in the European appliance market, creating Beko Europe.
