Police from BCCO Alba Iulia assisted in the arrest of three drug traffickers from Sibiu, who were involved in high-risk drug trafficking, particularly synthetic drugs. The operation involved officers from three counties: Sibiu, Alba, and Cluj. Evidence indicated that a 48-year-old man had been procuring, possessing, and selling various quantities of high-risk drugs and psychoactive substances, including 4CMC and 4BMC. On September 16, he and another 48-year-old were caught in the act with over 190 ecstasy pills and approximately 500 grams of N-Ethylnorpentedrone. Further investigations revealed that these substances were obtained from a 34-year-old man under judicial control. A search at his residence in Cluj-Napoca led to the seizure of additional ecstasy pills, cannabis, precision scales, and cash. The three men were detained and later placed under preventive arrest for 30 days by the Sibiu Tribunal.
