Currently, around 10,000 American troops are stationed in Poland on a rotational basis. The U.S. is reviewing its military presence in Europe, which may lead to a reduction in forces on the continent. Poland is modernizing its military and increasing defense spending, aiming for 5% of its GDP by 2035 for security-related expenses.
