Bateriile iau avânt în România: Patru din zece prosumatori casnici își stochează deja energia produsă

An increasing number of Romanians producing their own electricity are investing in storage batteries, with nearly 40% of individual prosumers having them. As of June 30, 2023, Romania had about 324,000 individual prosumers, with 123,000 equipped with batteries. In contrast, only 11% of legal entities have storage systems. The rise in battery adoption is crucial for managing evening consumption peaks in the energy system. Despite fewer legal entities, their installed capacity is comparable to that of individual prosumers. The rapid investment in batteries by individuals is influenced by changing market conditions. In June alone, over 12,000 new individual prosumers with batteries were added, aiding the energy system's stability.
