A notable trend is the increasing number of young buyers, including those born in 2005, who can afford homes through stable jobs and bank loans. Properties near rivers, especially Tisa, Tamis, and Begej, are particularly sought after. The pandemic has intensified the demand for homes outside urban areas, leading to a decrease in available listings. Some buyers are looking for weekend homes, while others aim to convert properties into tourist accommodations.
