Bashar al-Assad, condamnat la moarte în Siria

A Syrian court has sentenced ousted President Bashar Assad to death in absentia, following his removal from power in December 2024. Assad fled to Russia after being dethroned by rebel forces. The court also sentenced Atef Najib, a former security official, to death for his role during the regime.
