A 51-year-old man from Suceava has been arrested for intentionally hitting a 14-year-old on an electric scooter with his car. The incident, stemming from a traffic altercation, involved the driver pursuing the minor for about two kilometers before colliding with the scooter, causing the boy to fall. After the crash, the driver exited his vehicle and assaulted the teenager. The victim was taken to the hospital with injuries requiring medical attention. The driver is facing charges of attempted murder and assault.
