Ljubisa Karović, 61, suffered neck and shoulder injuries when a window shattered at 6,000 meters during flight FR1879 from Thessaloniki to Memmingen. His wife had to pull him back into the cabin as he repeatedly lost consciousness. Despite wearing a cervical collar for six weeks, he states no Ryanair representative contacted him directly. The airline denies these claims, asserting that crew members followed safety procedures and assisted after stabilizing the situation. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the incident.
