Three men who robbed Romanian fashion designer Cătălin Botezatu in London have been sentenced to prison, but his watch remains unrecovered. Botezatu recounted the terrifying experience in court, expressing fear for his life during the violent attack. The robbery occurred outside a luxury restaurant, where the assailants surrounded him and cut off his diamond-encrusted Richard Mille watch, valued at approximately €163,000. The watch held significant sentimental value as it was a gift from a deceased friend. The attackers received sentences totaling 14 years and 9 months, with the main perpetrator admitting guilt before the trial. Despite the convictions, Botezatu's watch has not been found.
