Bărbat reţinut pentru fals; punea la dispoziţie contracte de vânzare-cumpărare auto cu semnături şi ştampile falsificate

A 35-year-old man from Caşin was detained for falsifying official documents and using false documents, according to Bacău Police. Between April and August 2023, he allegedly provided several individuals with fake vehicle sale contracts containing forged signatures and false stamps from public institutions. He also allegedly supplied a counterfeit notarial power of attorney used in the return of a vehicle involved in legal proceedings in Italy. Police found various evidence and €5,500 during searches. The man was held for 24 hours and will be presented to a prosecutor for preventive measures. The operation involved support from local police and special action units.
