A man from Hunedoara survived an unusual attack by three bears while trying to save his cow. Tourists helped scare off the bears, which is rare as bears typically attack alone. The incident is considered serious by environmental specialists, as such group attacks are uncommon. The cow unfortunately died from its injuries, prompting the man to seek compensation from local authorities. This year, around 70 cases of wildlife damage have been reported in Hunedoara, primarily involving bears and wolves. Additionally, a quota has been set to hunt 37 bears in the region due to the increasing number of attacks.
