Initially complying with visitation rights, he refused to return the child after a visit in April 2024. Prosecutors initiated legal action in September 2026, leading to his 24-hour detention. During this time, the mother retrieved the child with a psychologist's assistance. Following his release, the man was placed under judicial control for 60 days.
