The investigation began on August 1, when the 30-year-old man physically assaulted his partner during an alcohol-fueled argument. Prosecutors found he repeatedly struck her, causing injuries requiring medical care. He also coerced her into sexual acts while continuing the physical assault, leading to her psychological distress. After being initially detained and placed under judicial control, prosecutors later determined this was insufficient for the victim's protection, resulting in a preventive arrest warrant being issued on August 18.
