Future disbursements depend on meeting specific milestones related to defense projects. The funding is part of a broader investment plan that includes 35 projects, primarily focused on military equipment and national infrastructure. Romania aims to increase defense spending to at least 3.5% of GDP by 2035, with SAFE facilitating long-term financing at favorable rates.
